This application is designed for nonprofit shelters and rescue organizations to assist with adoption and medical expenses up to $500

- Cats must be over 10 years old, in hospice care, or have disabilities.

 

- Dogs over 50 lbs should be 7 years or older, in hospice care, or have disabilities.

 

- Dogs under 50 lbs must be 10 years or older, in hospice care, or have disabilities.

 

- Other pets, such as rabbits and guinea pigs, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for assistance.
